Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Faade Account Manager to join our dynamic Albany team. You will be the key point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for business growth. Your role involves managing existing accounts developing new business and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional faade solutions.
About the Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects contractors and developers through outstanding communication skills.
- Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the faade industry.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Anzor faade products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Were after someone:
- With proven experience in account management or sales within the faade construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of faade systems cladding glazing or architectural solutions.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
