Job Description
100 Travel Task Force. Six Month Travel Rotation. Pay is $29 Per Hour Plus OT. We pay travel one meals per day and lodging. Must have Banquet Manager Experience.
Banquet Manager Job Duties
Manage all banquet operations including advertising sales planning organizing and executing events
Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their needs are met
Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms ensuring they are properly arranged and decorated
Supervise banquet staff providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure efficient shift management including scheduling staff and assigning tasks
Maintain inventory control of banquet supplies and equipment
Monitor food quality and presentation working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure high standards are met
Handle cash procedures accurately and securely
Utilize Lightspeed POS system for order processing and payment transactions
Maintain a clean and organized banquet area adhering to health and safety regulations
Qualifications :
- 3 Years Hotel or Resort Banquet Manager Experience
- Ability to Stat Onside for 6 Month Rotation
