Job Description
Job Summary: As a Developer in our Data Integration team you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Python applications ensuring seamless integration and data flow across systems. You will work closely with development QA and operations teams to streamline our data integration processes. Your expertise in Python JavaScript/Jscript SQL Git and GitLab will be crucial in maintaining our infrastructure and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our data integration pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development:
- Develop and maintain Python applications to support data integration processes with a strong understanding of Python libraries like Pandas and SQLAlchemy.
- Implement best practices for code quality security and performance.
Debugging and Troubleshooting:
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing code to ensure smooth operation.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize impact on data integration processes.
Version Control and CI/CD:
- Manage version control using Git to maintain a wellorganized and uptodate codebase.
- Utilize GitLab for continuous integration and deployment processes.
Data Management:
- Utilize SQL for data manipulation and integration tasks.
- Develop and maintain stored procedures views and other database objects to support data integration.
- Ensure efficient and reliable data flow across systems.
Collaboration and Mentorship:
- Work closely with development QA and operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and best practices in data integration methodologies.
