Job Description

Technical Skills:

  1. Autonomous with one programming language/scripting
  2. Autonomous with one Database. Good understanding of SQL queries
  3. Autonomous with Unix/Linux/RedHat/CentOS/AIX etc.
  4. Network protocols & security (encryption / authentication / Certificates). Exposure of middleware technologies
  5. Good hands on the Axway MFT products (XFB Gateway Secure Transport)
  6. Knowledge of SSL/encryption/Keys/certificates.
  7. Strong knowledge of AS2 SFTP FTP FTPS HTTP/S data communication protocols with expertise using any gateway tool.
  8. Experience working with Trading Partner Profile Management and configurations
  9. Cloud Awareness GCS/S3 skills on troubleshooting logging/debugging
  10. Cloud / Managed Services / Product Support (L2/L3 exposure.
  11. Exposure on Cloud like AWS/Azure/GCP etc.
  12. Exposure on Dockers Kubernetes and Containerbased technologies.
  13. Knowledge of Disaster Recovery
  14. Knowledge of No Downtime Upgrades
  15. Knowledge of SSO and its concept
  16. Knowledge of Log forwarders like Splunk etc.

 

Soft Skills/Operational Skills:

  1. Strong communication(both written and verbal) and client interfacing skills.
  2. Customer/Front Office engagement experience.
  3. Should be able to coordinate with Multiple Onshore and Offshore teams during daytoday activities and maintenances.
  4. Willing to work in 24X7 shifts (Can be APAC U.K U.S Shift) and open to work in night shift on rotation basis as per need.
  5. Quick learner with an ability to acquire new skills in short time
  6. Flexible to work with and good team player.

 

 Process Must Have

  1. Application/Production Support in 24X7 model. Production support experience(better if has some managed services exposure also)
  2. Should be able to work on L2/L3 support having good analytical and diagnostic and RCA ability.
  3. Application onboarding patching and upgrade experience.
  4. Monitoring service interruption alerts and troubleshooting them as per SLA.
  5. Addressing live issues and resolving them within predefined SLAs with improved productivity and quality.
  6. Familiarization of ITIL concepts and experienced in use of service management tool like ServiceNow etc.
  7. Should be good in prioritizing the tasks and organizing self as per delivery.

 

Total Experience Expected: 0204 years


Qualifications :

B.Tech(CS) or B.E.(CS) or M.C.A.
