The Project Manager (Store Planning) will lead the development and of our retail store projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with brand standards and local requirements. They will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners overseeing timelines budgets and quality to deliver exceptional luxury retail environments that reflect the brands vision and meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Under the supervision and direction of the Regional Head of Store Planning execute assigned projects translating the brand image and concept into immersive store experiences
- Create interior drawings and full architectural packages utilizing AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Design store interiors fixturing millwork and related items that are representative of the brand aesthetic while reflecting the geographical context of each location.
- Create presentations for Senior Leadership and other stakeholders to represent plans for new store openings and remodels
- Record and maintain accuracy of project and material costing
- Partner with local engineers to ensure designs and construction meet local regulations and compliance standards.
- Ensure vendors are meeting promised deadlines ensure Regional Head of Store Planning and other Stakeholders are updated with progress and any potential delays
- Update architectural drawings and plans (such as MEP and Millwork) throughout the process to ensure they meet project and safety requirements
- Create and manage progress reports project schedules and budget revisions as projects advance.
- Travel for construction site walk through for site evaluation and punch list
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field
- 35 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other 3D rendering software
- Experience creating architectural drawings (from development of general plans to more detailed drawings including MEP systems etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Up to 30 travel

Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $110k $120k annual. This role is eligible for bonus. Salary will be based on relevant skills and experience.
