We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Success Lead to join our fast growing insurtech startup. As a Partner Success Lead you will be responsible for managing key client relationships while driving new business acquisitions. Your role will involve identifying and targeting potential clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a strong business acumen exceptional communication and negotiation skills and a passion for driving growth in the insurtech industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage key client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts serving as the primary point of contact. Build a deep understanding of their business and insurance needs and proactively identify opportunities to provide valueadded solutions.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies including prospecting networking attending industry events and leveraging online platforms to generate leads and drive new business acquisition. Identify innovative approaches to position our insurtech startup as a market leader.
3. Consultative selling: Conduct indepth needs analysis and consultative selling to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their pain points. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.
4. Crossfunctional collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product development marketing and underwriting to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions to clients. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
5. Contract negotiation and pricing: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients ensuring profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships. Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering/Computer Science. Master s in business Sales Marketing or a related field preferred.
2. Proven track record at least 6 years of experience in key account management and new business acquisition preferably within the SAAS or insurance industry.
3. Indepth knowledge and understanding of insurance products sales processes and customer acquisition strategies preferred.
4. Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
6. Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
7. Highly organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously.
8. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools to manage effectively and track leads opportunities and sales performance.
9. Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose innovative solutions.
10. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working in a startup environment and contributing to the growth and success of the company.
