Luxury Leasing Specialist
Our client is seeking a customerfocused and salesdriven Luxury Leasing Specialist to join their team at a premier highrise condominium. This role is perfect for a professional who excels in building relationships providing toptier service and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage potential residents offering tailored property tours and showcasing upscale amenities.
Manage the leasing process from inquiry to movein ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Handle lease agreements application verifications and renewals with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain an organized database of leads following up promptly to maximize occupancy.
Provide exceptional customer service addressing resident needs with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
Strong sales communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Prior experience in luxury leasing or highend real estate is preferred.
