We are seeking a Dutchspeaking Service Desk Technician to join our support team in Budapest. You will play a critical role in providing technical support to our clients while contributing to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to Dutchspeaking users via phone email and chat resolving their ITrelated issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Diagnose hardware software and networking issues offering solutions to minimize downtime for users.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents including system failures software errors and network connectivity issues.
  • Log track and manage all service desk tickets ensuring that all issues are documented and resolved in accordance with company processes.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to higherlevel support teams and ensure continuous followup until resolution.
  • Provide guidance and support for clients on IT systems and applications ensuring users have the tools and knowledge needed to resolve issues independently.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and offering proactive solutions.
  • Stay updated on company products IT policies and emerging technologies to provide accurate and uptodate support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in IT support helpdesk or a service desk technician role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware software and networking with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to nontechnical users in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with IT service management software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Customeroriented mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality support.
