Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to Dutchspeaking users via phone email and chat resolving their ITrelated issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose hardware software and networking issues offering solutions to minimize downtime for users.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents including system failures software errors and network connectivity issues.
- Log track and manage all service desk tickets ensuring that all issues are documented and resolved in accordance with company processes.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to higherlevel support teams and ensure continuous followup until resolution.
- Provide guidance and support for clients on IT systems and applications ensuring users have the tools and knowledge needed to resolve issues independently.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues and improve service delivery.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and offering proactive solutions.
- Stay updated on company products IT policies and emerging technologies to provide accurate and uptodate support.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Previous experience in IT support helpdesk or a service desk technician role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware software and networking with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to nontechnical users in a clear and friendly manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with IT service management software and ticketing systems is a plus.
