Job Title: Client Service Specialist (Onsite in Lisbon)

Location: Lisbon Portugal (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Provide highquality service to clients through various communication channels (phone email chat etc..
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting product guidance and resolving servicerelated issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on client issues to ensure timely resolution and closure.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions issues and resolutions using the companys CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience and address service gaps.
  • Handle client feedback escalations and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Meet performance goals including response times client satisfaction and issue resolution efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a customer service clientfacing or support role is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills with a focus on finding solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A customercentric attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Proficiency with common office software (MS Office Suite CRM tools etc..
