Job Description
You are Hebrew speaker and you are a Social Media addict We are recruiting Customer Delight for Social Media Hebrew speaking to Lisbon in Portugal.
Your working day :
- Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow across multiple channels chat email and phone;
- Support and expand the selfserve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
- Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products;
- Provide product and tool support to enhance clients experience;
- Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner proactively communicate to clients on progress and proactively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions.
- Provide vital product insights and feedback from customers to engineering.
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :
- Native Hebrew & good English
- Great communication
- Aptitude for problemsolving
- Excellent communication skills: verbal written listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
- Valid work permit in Portugal
You will benefit :
