Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AGM Civil Construction to lead the of a 20villa project in Bangalore. The role involves overseeing project planning and delivery while ensuring quality safety and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete of residential projects (townships villas and highrises).
- Handle costing contracting quality control and coordination with consultants and architects.
- Manage project resource planning and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and labour laws.
- Oversee site liaison management and MIS reporting.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/BE (Civil).
- 15 years of industry experience including at least 45 years managing residential projects independently.
- Strong expertise in costing and project delivery.
- Experience working with reputed developers.
