Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Senior Technology DevOps Engineer:
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to review and update IT policies guidelines and processes related to application security governance and risk management.
- Support IT audit activities and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee vendors in the design and implementation of IT systems to support business operations while ensuring adherence to security development deployment and change management policies.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across development testing and production environments to maintain system stability.
- Implement and manage logging monitoring and alerting systems for proactive system management.
- Ensure security and compliance across IT infrastructure and software deployments.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth and reliable system operations including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Support IT helpdesk functions and oversee vendor performance in tracking and resolving IT support tickets.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT roles with a focus on DevOps and technology management.
- At least 2 years of handson experience in administering and supporting ERP systems HR systems MS SharePoint and corporate websites.
- Possess 12 years of project management experience; certification in PMI or knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor and contract management including cost negotiations service level agreements (SLA) monitoring and IT helpdesk oversight.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong skills in process automation and scripting (e.g. Python C RPA tools).
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 7500 AWS VB 1 2 Months)
- Working Location: Bukit Batok
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
