Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
- Incident handling and troubleshooting: Act as first line support for platform issues. Quickly investigate and resolve incidents that affect data flows audience delivery or platform behaviour.
- Monitoring and optimisation: Keep an eye on platform performance and usage (eg. sync success rates and consumption). Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Configuration and governance: Manage platform configurations access control (RBAC) and approval flows. Ensure our platform remain compliant secure and aligned with our operating model.
- Collaboration with data teams: Work closely with data engineers and analysts on integrations pipelines and data model updates. Especially using tools such as dbt Terraform and BigQuery.
- Documentation and knowledge sharing: Create and maintain documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Quality assurance: Run regular checks and tests across key audience use cases to ensure data quality and consistency.
Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
- Understanding of marketing activation customer service and other customer data use cases
- Understanding of CDP capabilities such as audience segmentation identity resolution personalisation and campaign delivery.
- Hands on experience with CDPs (eg Hightouch ActionIQ Segment Mparticle).
- Familiar with GDPR and data governance practises.
- Data engineering knowledge especially GCP BigQuery dbt and Terraform to understand and support how data is modelled and activated in the CDP.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to follow data across systems and quickly identify root causes.
- Clear communication skills comfortable working with tech teams and marketeers across different regions.
