Job Description
We are looking for a handson Senior Maintenance Supervisor with strong expertise in equipment maintenance and some experience in facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in maintenance operations. This role requires a proactive leader who can oversee troubleshoot and perform maintenance tasks while ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance activities for equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform handson troubleshooting repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical / mechanical systems.
- Assist in maintaining and improving facilityrelated equipment and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and maintenance staff.
- Maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer (Required).
- At least of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance with some exposure to facility maintenance.
- Strong handson skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical/electrical systems.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
- Ability to lead a team and work under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
