Role Title: Recruiter
Location: Toronto ON 100 Remote)

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resultsoriented Recruiter to join our team to support our US healthcare book of business. As a part of this role you will be hiring healthcare professions 100s of hospital across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using diverse recruitment channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to strategic hiring plans.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client interactions.
Qualifications:
- 1 years in recruiting (agency or corporate).
- Experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Past experience with North American recruitment/market
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
