Job Description
Job Position: Superintendent
Our client is a renowned company in the Land Development and Construction industry. With over a decade of experience in the field the company has a strong team culture and provides comprehensive benefits including medical dental vision life insurance paid time off IRA and cell allocation. They are currently looking for a Superintendent to lead and manage a 144unit project in Richland WA. This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement in a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects scheduling and best practices.
- Oversee daily operations cost control and procurement of tools and materials.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including project managers subcontractors suppliers owners architects engineers home office and crew.
- Document and track progress and schedules purchase orders RFIs safety reports team performance and completion log.
- Ensure owner satisfaction and compliance with specifications and standards at project completion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction specifically residential construction is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage projects independently.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills for cost and communication updates.
- Knowledge of scheduling blueprint reading and construction trades.
- High level of initiative and integrity.
- Positive attitude and personality that aligns with the company culture.
