Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for an Application/Cloud Architect fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Data analysis and data modelling;
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
- Technical interface between the project leaders the developers (internal and external) and the technical teams;
- Production of software architecture documents and other technical specifications;
- Definition of interoperability standards and interfaces;
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing analysis technical documentation deployment evaluation and reporting;
- Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture;
- Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud;
- Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- At least 10 years of experience in architecture best practices and patterns;
- At least 10 years of experience in applications design;
- At least 7 years of experience in modelling tools;
- At least 5 years of experience in microservices and architecture in the cloud;
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture and business process analysis;
- At least 5 years of experience in relational DBMS data modelling and database design techniques and tools (e.g. SQL Developer Data Modeler Oracle SQL Developer);
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceOriented Architecture and interoperability technology (web services messageoriented middleware serviceoriented bus event architecture);
- At least 5 years of experience in IT security technologies and standards (web database and cloud) and processes involved in crisis management early warning and alerts;
- The following certifications would be considered an asset: Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Google Professional Cloud Architect Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD);
- Excellent command of the English language
