Were seeking a driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Creation Team. Youll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of client needs fostering a positive team culture and driving overall operational excellence.
What youll do:
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the operations serving as a key link between functional heads (Creation Accounts HR etc..
- Team Culture & Leadership: Build a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational goals are met.
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team reporting directly to the CEO.
- Performance Management: Drive the Creation Team and other teams to achieve and surpass their respective KPIs and metrics.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate to develop and improve systems processes controls and procedures that enhance efficiency and client service.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors to ensure the delivery of highquality designs to clients.
Our ideal candidate:
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the creative industry as an operations manager or in a similar role.
- You have experience with project management tools.
- You possess a handson and directresponse mentality.
Bonus Points for:
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling operations team for MSMEs large corporations and entrepreneurial initiatives.
