We are looking for a Reservations Agent fluent in Italian to handle bookings and deliver toptier customer service to Italianspeaking guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservation inquiries via phone email and online platforms.
- Assist guests with booking modifying or canceling reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all reservations are correctly recorded in the system.
- Optimize room availability and occupancy using effective yield management strategies.
- Provide personalized support to Italianspeaking guests addressing inquiries special requests and concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian (C2 and strong English (C1 communication skills.
- Previous experience in reservations customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfirst approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable using reservation systems Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to shift schedules including evenings weekends and holidays.
