Job Description

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Business Development Sales or Strategic Partnerships in the Staff Augmentation or HR Services industry.
  • Strong network and experience in the US market.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Experience in building and leading BD teams.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations and talent acquisition processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools business intelligence platforms and social media marketing.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to acquire new clients focusing on Staff Augmentation and HR Services in the US market.
  • Identify engage and secure new business opportunities leveraging existing industry connections and market insights.
  • Form lead and mentor a highperforming Business Development team setting clear goals and driving performance.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and maintain strong relationships for longterm engagement.
  • Work closely with operations recruitment and HR teams to ensure smooth of client requirements.
  • Enhance MIWs brand presence on social media platforms and industry events establishing thought leadership.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand MIWs reach and offerings in the global market.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine MIWs service offerings and BD strategies.
  • Set revenue goals track performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
