The Role:
As a Dutch Content Moderator at Cross Border Talents you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating usergenerated content in Dutch across various platforms. Your role will be to ensure that all content complies with community standards and guidelines keeping the digital space safe and inclusive for all users. Youll act as a key player in maintaining a positive welcoming environment online making decisions that directly impact millions of users. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate Dutchlanguage content to ensure it aligns with community standards and guidelines.
- Identify and remove harmful offensive or inappropriate content to maintain a positive user experience.
- Make fair consistent and timely decisions to ensure the integrity of the platform.
- Work closely with other teams to address complex issues and refine content moderation practices.
- Stay uptodate on emerging trends tools and best practices in content moderation.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve internal processes and make moderation more efficient.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make quick fair decisions in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- A passion for digital safety and creating a safe welcoming online environment.
- Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus but not required well provide all the training you need!
- A problemsolving mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in an everchanging landscape.
