Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate Germanlanguage content across various digital platforms to ensure it meets community standards.

- Make accurate consistent and timely decisions to ensure the integrity of the platform.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve complex contentrelated issues.
- Keep up with the latest content moderation trends best practices and policies to enhance the quality of moderation.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to help refine internal processes and improve content moderation workflows.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make quick fair decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A genuine passion for digital safety and ensuring online environments remain secure and inclusive.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a similar role is a plus but not required well provide the necessary training.
