Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate Germanlanguage content across various platforms ensuring it meets community standards and guidelines.
- Identify and flag inappropriate offensive or harmful content quickly to maintain a safe positive environment.
- Make fair consistent and timely decisions to preserve the integrity of the platform.
- Collaborate with the team to escalate complex issues and help improve content moderation processes.
- Stay on top of emerging trends best practices and policies in content moderation.
- Provide insightful feedback to improve internal guidelines and operational efficiency.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make quick informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit youre a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- A passion for digital safety and creating a positive welcoming online community.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a similar field is a plus but not essential well provide the training!
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt to new challenges.
