The Role:
As a German Content Moderator at CBT youll help maintain the integrity of our platform by reviewing and moderating usergenerated content. Your role will be essential in ensuring that the content meets our community standards and is aligned with our mission to provide a safe and engaging online environment. If you are passionate about language digital safety and helping create positive online spaces wed love for you to join us!
Key Responsibilities:
- Review moderate and filter Germanlanguage content across various platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.
- Apply your expertise to identify and flag harmful or inappropriate content while maintaining a positive user experience.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex content issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Stay informed on evolving content moderation policies industry trends and best practices.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve internal content moderation processes and policies.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is a must.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fastpaced environment.
- Adaptability and a proactive mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
- A passion for digital safety online communities and maintaining a positive internet experience.
- Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is a plus but not required.
