Job Description:
- Ensure organization functions are in compliance with all relevant laws regulations and policies.
- Performs or manages daily compliance risk identification assessment and reporting.
- Develops and implements both domestic and international preventative measures and internal controls.
- Candidate is expected to have comprehensive knowledge of the specific discipline in relation to contractual obligations adherence.
- Executes specialized projects and activities according to the teams set principles.
- Candidate is expected to improve the daytoday activities or processes of the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
- 13 years experience in one or more of the following disciplines: audit compliance contract management legal quality controls project management.
- Experience in executing and reporting on controls.
- Excellent communication relationship management and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze present and report data.
- Ability to respond and challenge at senior level.
- This is a global role and will require up to 10 travel depending on business demands.
- Experience in management and review of contract requirements and controls.
- Experience in a CRM/BPO customer experience business is a distinct advantage.
