Job Description

TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for healthcare call center agents for its Quezon City site. What follows after submitting your resume is an overthephone interview. Classes start November 13.

QUALIFICATIONS

4 year course graduates with 1yr and 6mos BPO experience

Completed 2 years in College with 1yr and 6mos BPO experience

Above average English communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Good comprehension skills
Basic knowledge with MS Office
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Must be willing to work on site in Quezon City

Upon hire:
basic pay will be discussed by the client 1k flex fund allowance

Other benefits:
20 Night differential
HMO coverage for employee upon Day 1 and HMO dependent upon certification
Life and Accident Insurance
Annual increase based on performance

13 and 14th month Pay


Responsibilities:

*Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally addressing their inquiries concerns and requests.

*Provide accurate and relevant information to customers ensuring highquality service and customer satisfaction.

*Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience striving to resolve them effectively.

*Utilize company systems and databases to document and update customer interactions and details.

*Follow company guidelines and protocols for call handling ensuring adherence to established procedures.

*Upsell and crosssell products or services to customers as appropriate.

*Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

*Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets including call quality customer satisfaction and sales quotas.

*Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

*Participate in ongoing training sessions and coaching to enhance skills and performance.
