Job Qualifications:
- Must have an experience in Food Industry (Bread and Pastries)
- Must have an experience in Handling operations at least 5 years in Food Industry as Area Manger.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the overall management and day to day operations of all stores within assigned area its facilities / structures / buildings / security; Liaises with 3rd party manpower coordinators; Executes all special projects and events / all other business segments assigned to.
- Responsible for the overall Profitability and Sales performance of all stores within assigned area.
- Ensures that all stores within assigned area operate efficiently while maintaining the companys reputation market standing brand target and image and corporate core principles.
- Ensures effective coordination of a variety of activities with various department heads in support of the operating stores within assigned area.
- Ensures that the company Standards of Operations policies and processes are strictly and consistently implemented in all stores within assigned area.
- Maintaining high standards of (QSC) product quality customer service cleanliness facilities and building upkeep maintenance and repair (FM aesthetics design image functionality comfort sustainability efficiency) health and safety protocols (OSH compliance) pest control management (IPM) across all stores and other business segments within assigned area.
