- Responsible for report generation and reporting requirements.
- The MIS role needs the ability to research and resolve complicated issues in a fast paced environment.
- To support in the development of reports and tools to reconcile data and conduct audits
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel/Power BI
- 24 years experience in a reporting role
- Extracting data from internal and external data source
- Working on daily monthly reports
- Publishing the report to internal management team and also external client
- Maintaining of historical data as defined in the process
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good working knowledge of computer i.e. MSOffice
- Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
- Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach.
- Expert knowledge of service procedures
- Good analytical skills for MIS number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- Experience in similar role may be required in specific programs with varying years of experience
