General Description:
This position would be in our companys Enterprise Small Medium Business(SMB) Concierge program. SMB Customer Service Specialists will be required to think on theirfeet and multitask while adapting to change quickly. The SMB Customer Service Specialist willpartner with business customers channel partner office owners local sales agents and ourexternal customers local market garages to facilitate the sale and installation of BroadbandInternet Video and Voice services.
