Job Description
- Extracting data from the internal and external data source
- Working on daily monthly reports
- Publishing the report to the internal management team and also the external client
- Maintaining historical data as defined in the process
Candidate Specifications:
- College Graduates in any field
- With at least two 2 years of MIS and WFM experience in the BPO industry
- Amenable to work on the Graveyard shift
- Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Good working knowledge of computers i.e. MSOffice
- Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
- Good Interpersonal & people management skills with a good problemsolving approach.
- Expert knowledge of service procedures
- Good analytical skills in MIS number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
