Job Description
Senior High School graduate with or without call center experience
Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects) with at least 6 months of call center experience
College graduate with or without call center experience
With good to excellent English communication skills
Willing to start ASAP and work onsite
Currently we are hiring for Customer Service Representatives to be part of their fastgrowing accounts in Cebu. This job would entail assisting customers understanding their concerns and solving problems through calls chats and/or emails.
The job will be for CSR position wherein youll be working onsite in Cebu City taking on international customers within different schedules.
