Job Description

The OffSite Driver Recruiting Agent is responsible for recruiting qualified company drivers and Independent Contractors and obtains a complete driver application pipeline to fulfill driver needs nationwide at all Hub Group terminals. The OffSite Driver Recruiting Agent will work closely with Hub Group Trucking Driver Recruiting management to ensure metrics are consistently met. Will work directly with the Senior Manager Driver Recruiting to recruit and place drivers where needed in accordance with the companys goals and expectations

Essential Job Functions

  • Recruit drivers directly via phone email and text. Must work multiple lead sources to effectively recruit or sell the value of Hub Group Trucking opportunities to each drivers unique needs.
  • Recruit drivers i.e. phone systems team communications on progress and metrics and placement of key value propositions specific to markets.
  • Utilize Tenstreet (ATS) as a Hub Group authorized user to attempt contact of all 3rd party leads partial IntelliApps Mobile IntelliApps etc located in Off Site Recruiting status via phone/text/email to get driver to complete a full application so they can be considered for driving positions with Hub Group Trucking.
  • Nurture viable 3rd leads/partial applicants for 7 business days via phone/text/email
  • Appropriately tag and note files that are Not Qualified/Not Interested/No Response.
  • Adhere to KPIs specific to each account measuring success of recruiter activities advertising effectiveness and meeting projected needs of timelines set forth by project management team.
  • Produce weekly detailed tracking of total lead volume by day trends leads to hire ratios and other relevant lead metrics for specific locations of responsibility.
  • Conduct the daytoday activities of the recruiters ensuring they are following best practices in the recruitment process.
  • Duties responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have truck driver recruiting experience.
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of applicants.
  • Strong computer skills Tenstreet applicant tracking system knowledge a plus.
  • Must be a team player with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Basic D.O.T compliance and transportation knowledge.
  • Needs to be able to work in a fastpaced environment and be able to multitask.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment.
