Responsible for the creation and maintenance of business operations and client reporting.
Develop modify maintain and support reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of the varying departments and teams to all levels of leadership.
To assist in the identification and production of management information and statistics for management at all levels including the appropriate analysis and production of reports as required.
To maintain records and statistics in accordance with current policies.
To adhere with existing working practices methods procedures undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems.
To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
Designs standards reports and metrics reporting to the line of business involving relevant performance metrics and ensures compliance on the meaningful use and application of these reports.
Performs other duties assigned.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate Bachelors/College Degree Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate Bachelors/College Degree any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in data analysis and interpretation
Strong organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail.
