Job Description
Job Description: Training Specialist Medical Coding
TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Training Specialist Medical Coding to work onsite in Taguig.
Responsibilities:
The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing implementing and evaluating training activities at Shearwater Health. This includes planning assessing organizing coordinating conducting and evaluating all training programs and activities such as New Hire Training Compliance Trainings Refresher Courses Specialty Trainings Continuing Education CrossTrainings and more. They will create interactive and effective training presentations and maintain the Shearwater Health Training Library by creating and organizing documents. Additionally the Training Specialist will work closely with the Operations and Quality Assurance teams to analyze performance feedback and resolve issues.
Immediate Start: ASAP
License Needed: PHRN
Certification Needed: CCS/CIC/CPC/BHHC Coding Certification (IP/OP ED/Profee)
Skillset: Blended (Voice and NonVoice)
Experience Needed: At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in Training Clinical Instruction or Coding or relevant expertise
Work Schedule: Flexible to work on a shifting schedule if required by the business (including weekends night shifts and holidays)
Work Setup: Onsite
