Essential Functions

• Analyze comprehend and assess the scope of the data quality trends within the US Business and Commercial issuer portfolios
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality program consisting of multiple work streams to address the data quality issues with Acquirers Merchants and Visa platforms.
• Understand and maintain a deep understanding of the commercial payment landscape with a focus on the issuing side.
• Provide subject matter expertise to external partners at the issuing banks the issuing processors and develop and implement a complete plan for issuer reporting and changes US region (awareness education commitment change monitoring post support).
• Provide SMElevel support to teams engaged with issuer data quality reviews.
• Maintain monitoring system to track data provider engagement efforts.
• Provide statistical analysis on data quality trending.
• Provide program status updates to stakeholders at all levels with applicable detail based on the targeted audience.

Secondary Job Responsibilities:

• The candidate will interact with various stakeholders across the organization as well as with external clients and will have close working relationship with our Commercial Data Solutions team.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 810 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 6 years of work experience with a PhD
Proven experience in launching new solutions and solving business problems for client entities
Experienced with online and digital products that support Commercial Cards ACH RealTime Payments CrossBorder Payments and/or other emerging payments rails
Proven experience in all aspects of product management and the ability to lead strategic to tactical discussions as well as bridge business and technical teams
Deep understanding of payment systems (card networks ACH RTP digital wallets)
Experience with payment network banks payment processors or financial technology software providers is a plus
Strong analytical skills with experience conducting data research developing hypotheses based on unstructured data validate the hypothesis and provide recommendations
Effective communication skills storytelling strong presentation skills executive presence and ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences and Csuite individuals in an engaging way
Detail oriented and highly focused by working in conjunction with various counterparts across multiple functional groups
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work internally across business technology and delivery teams and externally with clients and other stakeholders
Ability to quickly learn about the internal Visa solutions processes culture leadership principles and how it all works together and embrace changes in an ecosystem that is rapidly evolving

Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 151600 to 258750 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
