With ourbrandnew office in Las Olas Fort Lauderdale were looking for a Talent Acquisition andEmployer Branding Specialist to help us find likeminded passionate individuals whothrive in a competitive exciting environment.
Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist youll take charge ofrecruitment and employer branding in our new US market managing hiring processesfrom start to finish and creating content that puts our culture in the spotlight. We wantsomeone eager to shake things up and bring fresh ideasnot just do things the waytheyve always been done.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Lead recruitment for our Las Olas office from sourcing candidates to makingoffers.
Design engaging job postings that capture Enteractives energy.
Build and maintain a pipeline of highquality candidates through various channels.
Employer Branding and Events
Create engaging brandaligned content that shows why Enteractive is the placeto be.
Organize and support targeted events that promote Enteractives brand.
Creative & Content Creation
Use Canva PowerPoint and video creation tools to develop compellingrecruitment materials.
Leverage the latest AI tools to enhance our branding and candidate engagementapproach.
Collaborate with our marketing team and Talent Acquisition team at ourheadquarters in Malta as well as the office in Bucharest Romania to align onbranding strategies.

A strong portfolio showcasing your past work and a video introduction that showsus who you are and what you bring to the team.
Experience in recruitment employer branding marketing or a related field whether through formal roles freelance work or personal projects.
