As we expand into Saudi Arabia we seek a Debt Resolution Lead to drive operational excellence and recovery outcomes in the market.
Role Overview
The Debt Resolution Lead will be responsible for overseeing highstakes complex negotiations where automated processes require human intervention. This role requires deep expertise in handling sensitive borrower cases structuring settlements and finalizing repayment solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills financial acumen and a track record of resolving delinquent accounts in a way that balances recovery efficiency with borrower engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- FinalStage Negotiations: Take over complex cases requiring strategic highvalue negotiations and structured settlements.
- Case Management: Handle and monitor a portfolio of challenging delinquent accounts ensuring resolution through customized repayment plans.
- HighImpact Engagement: Work directly with borrowers legal teams and financial institutions to craft tailored solutions that maximize recovery rates.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all debt resolution activities align with SAMA/UAE CB regulations and industry best practices.
- Strategic Intervention: Analyze borrower profiles and financial histories to propose feasible and sustainable settlement structures.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage ClearGrids AIdriven platform for case insights while applying a human touch to complex resolutions.
- Performance Optimization: Track key metrics related to highvalue negotiations and continuously refine strategies for improved recovery rates.
Requirements
- Experience: 35 years in debt collection recovery or financial services with experience handling complex negotiations.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Saudi/UAE banking regulations highrisk debt recovery and SAMA compliance.
- Negotiation Expertise: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience resolving sensitive financial cases.
- ProblemSolving Mindset: Ability to assess financial situations and propose tailored solutions for borrowers.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using digital tools CRM systems and AIpowered collections platforms.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field.
