Job Description
IT Project Manager
Responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that Autoliv IT projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The main contact person for everything involving a projects organization and timeline. The role uses Agile PM methodology for planning leading organizing and motivating agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.
What youll do:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless of projects
- Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure projects deliver desired results within time and budget constraints.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Identify and remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments.
- Communicate project progress issues and risks in a timely manner to stakeholders.
- Maintain relevant metrics to help the team monitor their progress.
Agilerelated
- Oversee all project activities in Jira.
- Coordinate and manage all project activities using agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban in Jira.
- Create maintain and track project plans schedules and budgets.
- Facilitate daily scrum sprint planning sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define and refine Features and User Stories when necessary.
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity.
- Collaborate with other project stakeholders to manage and negotiate project scope ensuring the product backlog is wellmaintained.
- Monitor team dynamics and accountability related to delivery commitments.
What is required:
- A Bachelors degree in a technical field or related area.
- Educational backgroundpreferablyin the fields of Computer Science or Engineeringfortechnical project managers
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Certified Scrum Master is preferred.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Software Applications Development and Testing.
- Familiarity in AI development is a plus
