Your future responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support and assistance to endusers for various software and hardware issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical problems and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- 24 years of relevant IT experience in Service Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft Office Android iOS and common software applications.
- Strong troubleshooting problemsolving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assist users at all technical levels.
- Customer serviceoriented with a culturally sensitive approach and a strong sense of patience.
- Understanding of confidentiality and user privacy in business settings.
- Good written and spoken English to effectively communicate with users and teams.
Nice to Have:
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification or similar IT service management qualifications would be an asset.
