Today Equip is based in Rolle Switzerland on the French Swiss Riviera close to the Lake Leman and the Alps. The team currently manages partnerships and stations in 250 locations around Switzerland France Italy and Spain.
At Equip we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team for the season! As a Customer Service Support and Field Ops Tech you will play a pivotal role in ensuring positive customer experience and efficient logistics operations.
Your responsibilities will cover customer service support logistics coordination weekend operations installation and maintenance assistance travel for operational needs administrative support team collaboration learning and development compliance and safety and project assistance.
This multifaceted role requires a proactive and detailoriented individual who is passionate about outdoor sports and is ready to contribute to the success of our company in any way they can.
