About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultdriven Sales Trainer to enhance the sales performance of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing delivering and managing sales training programs to drive business objectives. You will play a crucial role in equipping our sales team with the necessary skills knowledge and motivation to excel in their roles.
Specifically this role will involve:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for the sales team focusing on sales techniques customer handling and product knowledge.
- Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires as well as existing sales consultants to enhance their performance.
- Monitor and assess trainee performance providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Utilize innovative training methods including roleplaying workshops and reallife scenarios to enhance learning experiences.
- Ensure consistency in training content and delivery to align with organizational goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements based on performance metrics and feedback.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Trainer preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage large groups effectively.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs independently.
- Ability to handle a training batch of up to 30 executives efficiently.
- Proficiency in coaching and mentoring sales professionals to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in arts business management or education
