Job Description
The ARM Group is looking for its client to hire a Warehouse Supervisor in Ridgeville SC
Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations inventory management and team coordination. The ideal candidate must have experience in SAPbased warehouse management and a strong understanding of logistics and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations
- Utilize SAP for inventory tracking
- Maintain optimal stock levels
- Oversee a team of warehouse associates
- Implement process improvements
- Coordinate with procurement production and logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
- Troubleshoot warehouse challenges
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3 years of warehouse supervision experience
- Mandatory experience with SAP (WM MM modules preferred)
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field
- Experience with lean warehousing techniques
- Forklift certification (if applicable)
