Job Description
As part of the Client Success Automation Team you will help building Apps using Microsofts Power Apps and Power Automate. This person will work with internal clients following a ScrumAgile development framework. The Client Success Data Automation team builds internal automations for other teams on the business.
What your day will look like:
- Extract steps from process observations manage business exceptions.
- Maintain constant communication with the data automation team on the project progress.
- Work on assigned tasks during a sprint to create a minimum viable product.
- Collaborate with the design of app interfaces with Power Apps.
- Attend the Teams Scrum ceremonies (Planning Backlog Grooming Sprint Review).
- Analyze tools procedures systems making recommendations for automations.
Qualifications :
- Pursue a degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong PC skills in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge with Smart Automation Technologies (RPA Chatbot Power Apps etc. preferred
- Basic Python knowledge preferred.
- Basic familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma A3 etc. preferred.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Great problem solving and analytical skills.
- Full availability during the day.
- Be currently enrolled in the University and for the next 9 months.
Monthly subsidy of $1000.
Additional Information :
This is a permanent hybrid role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
