Job Description
This is a dynamic role where you will be given the license to use your expertise to create a world class Project Management Office (PMO) within a community ensuring the most effective techniques tools and processes are utilised using your excellent interpersonal skills. On offer is the chance to work as part of a FTSE 250 business to enact real change and influence a global company with businesscritical projects depending on you.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation you will be responsible for driving effective project and programme management controls as well as PMO governance and reporting metrics to enable successful delivery of the business transformation portfolio.
In this role you will support the successful delivery of all global business transformation projects during an exciting period of significant change including implementing managing and improving PMO controls; ensuring on time delivery; implementing and managing project gate reviews; and defining and maintaining standards for successful portfolio programme and project .
The successful candidate will be someone who can influence at all levels of a business and be highly motivated to take a role and be given the freedom to leave a positive indelible mark.
Qualifications :
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience leading or having responsibility for a PMO
- Project and/or programme management qualification
- Evidence of utilising metrics and reporting to successfully steer projects

- Detail oriented with strong problemsolving skills
- Highly motivated selfstarter with a personal commitment to delivery
