Job Description
The Medical Assistant (MA) is responsible for assisting physicians with patient care performing appropriate procedures and preparing rooms & equipment. The MA is also responsible for maintaining records assisting with frontoffice activities as available and interacting in a professional friendly manner with patients & family members physicians staff and visitors.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Graduation from accredited Medical Assistant program and certification from The American Association of Medical Assistants or other certifying bodies highly preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare provider required.
