As an Ecommerce Advisor at Doka Canada you will provide essential administrative and logistical support to our sales team ensuring smooth operations and effective customer engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our ecommerce platform optimizing digital content and analyzing performance metrics to drive sales and conversion goals. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and collaborative skills to support both sales and marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Logistical Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team including order processing/entry record keeping and responding to customer inquiries and RFPs.
- Sales Reporting: Generate reports on sales targets activity and other related metrics to support the sales teams objectives and strategy.
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare presentation materials and exhibits for sales meetings and customer engagements ensuring highquality and impactful content.
- Ecommerce Website Maintenance: Maintain ecommerce websites ensuring accurate product data and quality checks are performed regularly to support corporate sales and conversion goals.
- Digital Asset Coordination: Coordinate digital assets ensuring they are updated and optimized for the best user experience and engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Track site traffic user behavior and trends; analyze and report on program effectiveness to inform future strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business marketing communication or a related field
- 3 years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Excellent software skills
