Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer with hospitality SaaS experience to join our dynamic team in Barcelona Spain. In this role you will be the technical bridge between our cuttingedge hospitality software solutions and our valued clients driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute technical sales strategies for our hospitality SaaS products
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients highlighting key features and benefits
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process addressing client questions and concerns
  • Work closely with the product development team to gather client feedback and contribute to product improvements
  • Assist in the implementation and onboarding process for new clients
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor for their technology needs
  • Create and deliver technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our network

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in technical sales preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS platforms and hospitality software solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Experience with SaaS product demonstrations and implementations
  • Indepth understanding of the hospitality industry and its unique technology needs
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and technologies
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Spanish) is a plus
