Job Description
Educating AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AIgenerated outputs in order to directly improve the AIs accuracy and ability to apply its knowledge to realworld problems
Problem Solving: Provide stepbystep solutions and explanations to complex problems to teach the AI how to reason through these problems effectively
Red Teaming: Identify potential biases limitations or inaccuracies in the AIs knowledge base. Design and conduct tests that push the boundaries of the models understanding ensuring its outputs are reliable and applicable to realworld scenarios.
Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with AI engineers and researchers to ensure that the AI model evolves based on feedback ultimately improving its performance and ability to interact meaningfully with users.
Qualifications :
Native Proficiency in Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong): Exceptional writing skills in Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) with the ability to clearly communicate complex feedback and explanations.
Residency in Hong Kong: Applicants must be residents of Hong Kong and have a strong understanding of local language culture and context.
Education: An Associates degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
Professional Writing Experience: Previous experience in a writingintensive role (e.g. researcher journalist technical writer editor) is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
AI Training Experience: While prior experience in AIrelated tasks or training models is preferred it is not mandatory. A willingness to learn and contribute to AI development is key.
