The Senior Customer Insights Analyst will play a pivotal role in analysing customer data to deliver valuable insights that guide future initiatives and investments aimed at enhancing the customer experience. This position requires strong analytical capability and innovation to identify pain points in customer data and work with teams to ensure they are prioritized for resolution. The role will manage the technical platforms underpinning customer insights (including voice of customer contact centre complaints and quality) and lead the creation of a suite of reports and insights to manage our customer experience and refine our quality management processes enabling timely identification and resolution of issues. The role will drive the evolution of Jetstars quality management framework managing data assets to deliver best practice insights as well as support the shaping of customer strategies recommending new innovations for products and experiences and presenting insights to various management levels to support informed decisionmaking across the business.
