Role holder is responsible for offering technically accurate competitive and profitable sales quotations for an UK based Plumbing and heating (P&H) Firm within a defined timescale. The roleholder will communicate directly P&H staff to maximise sales and quote conversion opportunities. As an Estimator you are responsible for evaluating project requirements determining costs and preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including project managers engineers suppliers and clients to ensure that cost projections align with project objectives and budgetary constraints.

It encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including sales quote preparation to create deals that are attractive to customers sales margin calculation on each quote contract setup on system pricing management customer invoice query investigation product code setup and troubleshooting all while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree

• Prepare accurate competitive and profitable quotations
• Identify and understand customer needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for processrelated questions and issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including flowcharts procedures and training materials.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Support the team in resolving complex or unusual cases.
• Offer exceptional customer service.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Investigate root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
• Participate in the testing and implementation of new systems or features.
